You have a right to ask us to delete any data we hold about you. You can ask us to do this by contacting us. We will not be able to delete data in situations where there is a legal or regulatory need to retain it and we will explain this if it happens. We may also be unable to fully delete computer-held data because of system design restrictions and again we will explain this if it happens.
